Thoughts on Cinncy's play
Was it just me, or did Cincy really take that game much more seriously than we did? They kept starters in a lot longer, they did TWO flea-flickers, Wright was in pretty much the whole first half, etc. Come on. Al Saunders has 700 pages of playbook to work with, Randle-el, etc and we didn't even shift after getting in formation. My feeling is that this had something to do with the overall look of the game. Not an excuse, but just a thought.

Yeah, I thought that the whole time. I laughed when they ran the flea-flicker. I'm like, "Wow. I hope that makes you feel warm and toasty inside."

Re: Thoughts on Cinncy's play
I guess it was good for us that our D got to see a flea-flicker in a real game (think back to dallas last year).
They also ran a reverse, bascially proving that they were trying way too hard. Too bad we ended up with all the injuries.

Basically it gave the Bengal's fans something to think about while they were making love to their mastodon of a woman that night.

They needed something to take their minds off the fact that half the team will be wearing tracking devices on their ankles in a few months.

Re: Thoughts on Cinncy's play
They did leave there starters on offense longer (other than Palmer) probably cause they needed the work. The Skins starting Defense at there starting offense alive (total of -9 yards while the the skins starting defense was in).

Re: Thoughts on Cinncy's play
You're missing a 1. It was -19 yards.

Re: Thoughts on Cinncy's play
They were pretty serious. With Palmer, they top my power rankings. Probably better than us. However due to some scheduling issues and well, Palmer, They wont be winning the division this year, and will fall on the road in the Playoffs sometime.

Re: Thoughts on Cinncy's play
How sick did our 1st string D look last night. Rudi Johnson couldn't run anywhere but backwards. Anthony Wright was either getting sacked or just barely beating the rush, and apparently, Greg Williams wants to bring Marcus Washington blitzing more often. Looks good to me.

Re: Thoughts on Cinncy's play
their offense needs the work because they are still not sure if palmer will be ready. i only learned of palmers injury last night after they talked about it for the31,529 time
