Good news for Skins fans...
"Just received word that safety Sean Taylor has been fined four game checks for violating the NFL Personal Conduct Policy. That means Taylor will not be suspended for any regular season games next season. Taylor will be able to recoup some of the money should he follow specified NFL requirements. 6:45 p.m. ET"

Re: Good news for Skins fans...
This isn't as huge a fine as it could have been. Taylor's base salary (thank you, capologist Canuck) is a mere $425k - meaning this fine is about $106k before earn-backs. No small sack of change, but he will be playing, and able to improve his on-field standing to work toward a new contract.

I thought Horse Michaels said he could gain two of his paychecks back if doesnt have any off the field issues.

Re: Good news for Skins fans...
I am happily wrong about the Taylor punishment. I was SURE the league was going to suspend him for a game since ther was a firearm included in the charges that he plead to. Thanks NFL!!!
