Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
I though KVN was more of a 3-4 LB?

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Not sure. But to be released one year into that nice contract does speak to something...just don't think he's worth pursuing as he probably doesn't do anything to upgrade the LB position. I'd rather let Bostic roll for one more year in the system.

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
I honestly don't know much about the current KVN, but I do want an upgrade at LB. I was highly disappointed by Bostic last year.

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
I think it’s safe to say it’s already well out of reach. >50% super bowl participation rate over a 19 year career is unfathomable.

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
Cook was released by the Saints could be a good back-up to Thomas (Additionally these guys that are being released don't count against the comp formula when signed).

Re: Around the NFL: NFL Offseason
In terms of offense, the Raiders have some good pieces (RB/WR/TE) that would attract any QB. He would have to get through Mahomes and Chiefs for the division, but they'd be instantly a playoff team.
I think the Saints are the best option, I just don't know if/how they'd be able to afford him (same goes for the Cowpukes). Chicago would be interesting as well. Aside from Dallas though, his other options would put him in competition with some very good QBs (Mahomes, Rodgers, Brady). Also, why are so people so touchy/bitchy about RW wanting to leave Seattle? Good for him. Let him go somewhere where he doesn't have to carry the team and won't get sacked almost 50 times (Raiders, Bears, and Saints did a good job protecting their QBs).
