That play should have been illegal contact. The patriots did get away with that.

It was a PI, but they've been allowing that play to go on the whole game. If you don't call it early, don't call it late. It's about consistency. They set the tone early on with the no calls, so they need to stay with it. Of all the calls, that one in particular was lame b/c of how underthrown it was.

Yet, they sit there and allowed a NE defender to take down a Indy WR and no call. That's not consistent.

I agree with that. But that has been a problem in almost every NFL game this entire year. The refs this year have been really inconsistent in what they are calling and what they let go.

on the other hand luck is throwing some great passes.

the announcers can shut the hell up about luck being tripped. I saw rg3 get kicked in the nuts on a live play and the stupid refs called nothing.
