Re: Boyz vs. Skins Post-Game Dread

I'm amazed every week with the performance of the defense. Shanahan should have fired Haslet long ago. And why did Shanahan want a 34 defense in the first place?

It would be an easy competition seeing as Cousins is only average. Competition will be over after mini camp.

I couldn't take another year of the Shanahans, especially Kyle and his weird play-calling.

This is a 3-12 team. There are a lot of players in that locker room that need coaching stability in order to have a job next year.

Coaching turnover means player turnover. When you lose three quarters of your games, it's pretty easy to conclude that new players and new coaches are needed. It's a bit harder for those players and coaches to make that same conclusion.

Speaking of Griffin, those of you who saw the Ravens game yesterday may have noticed that Flacco was wearing a knee brace and he was throwing the ball too high to his receivers - just like Griffin did while wearing his own knee brace.

I believe that we'll see a much better version of RGIII when he is completely recovered from his knee injury, can shed the knee brace, and has a full off-season of working on his mechanics and his reads.

Plus, with Art Briles as his new HC, RGIII will be completely familiar with the offense.

I don't think there's any question that RG3 was not prepared to play this season. This injury takes quite some time to recover from, unless you're Adrian Peterson. I believe we'll see a stronger RG3 both physically and mentally next year. I feel his rookie season had little in the way of adversary and that he will be stronger for what he went through this season. I think sitting him down will ensure he gets a full offseason and taught him a valuable lesson in the importance of performing up to expectations.

Not saying it is more of a priority but it's equally a priority. Other than Garcon we've got nothing NFL worthy at that position.

I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

Well we have Reed who is a hell of a receiver and like Matty said Robinson looks better. Plus Im still not giving up on Hank though most have. Ive seen this same offense light it up - the defense I have seen eff up game after game minus a few flashes of what resembles a real NFL unit.

I bet we get Briles. Its almost always the last person people suspect and the first person people dislike.

The same Reed missing 7 weeks for a concussion? That's a basket I don't want to put all my eggs in.

Re: Boyz vs. Skins Post-Game Dread

We have a fantastic receive out of the backfield hardly gets work in Helu Jr. He should be putting up numbers like Vareen in NE. Helu still holds the Skins record for most catches in a game I believe. Our scheme/play-calling absolutely sucks at maximizing the talent on this roster.

You have a solid point. Plus he has Manning throwing him the ball. If I were him I wouldn't come here.
