Re: Redskins Release 5

I just realized the Redskins Mini Camp is this weekend, not last weekend like most other teams. So did these 5 get released without even getting a shot to show there stuff in person? Has there been any other team actitives this year?

This weekend isn't their first mini-camp of the year

I wish he had more of a chance under Zorn last year...I don't know why he wasn't used more.

Cause Zorn nor any of his coach's knew what the hell they were doing. The Skins must have been the laughing stock to the other teams who had to game plan for us.

I wish him the best.

Him getting picked up by the Vikings means practically nobody else wanted him since they would've been one of the last teams to be awarded someone on the waiver wire.

Doesn't mean that he's horrible, just that he's not necessarily the truth. The article at least points out some of his flaws, those being consistent with guys who can get it done in the college game but don't translate well to the NFL.

Okay, okay. I'm not sure what I'm thinking, I knew we had works out and stuff I just couldn't remember actually having a minicamp. Thanks

I wish we would have held on to him and gave him a valid shot. He could be a great posession receiver

If you get to the point where you're invited to participate on an NFL team's minicamp, training camp, and even get to play in an exhibition game -- you've had your valid shot.

This.

But hey, not to open old wounds but some still don't think Ramsey got his "fair shot" and he started actual regular season games!

Ramsey, Campbell, you name em...

Though at the time I was a Ramsey apologist as well. Neither one of them got the fairest shake but oh well.
