Re: Which Current NFL Receiver Is Best for Us?
I voted Bryant Johnson, only because I think he is the best that the Redskins will be able to pick up without giving up the future. If there were no trade considerations, Roy Williams or Chad Johnson would be great pickups but I think Bryant Johnson will be a great addition to the Redskins wide receiver corps as well.

Re: Which Current NFL Receiver Is Best for Us?
I think they should take a run at Jerry Porter. The guy has been in a Hell Hole out in Oakland and has never got to show his potential. As long as whoever it is I hope we do not break the bank. Seems Dan is good at doing this.

Re: Which Current NFL Receiver Is Best for Us?
I didn't put him in the poll because he got a lukewarm (at best) reaction when I brought him up a couple of weeks ago...and my feelings were hurt

Re: Which Current NFL Receiver Is Best for Us?
Ha ha, I didn't mean put him on the poll. We're to far into it to just add people. I just brought him up so someone wouldn't make a new tread on him. However to me he's a million dollars to expenisive and 2 inches to short. Sorry people gave you the Jim Fassel treatment for bringing up Donte Stallworth.

The Patriots didn't tag Randy Moss...you know the Danny will peak in his direction with bags of $$$.

Re: Which Current NFL Receiver Is Best for Us?
Randy Moss would certainly open up alot other things for the offense but i'm sure he will resign with NE. I know money talks but would we get the Oakland Moss or the NE Moss if we were able to land him. Campbell does have a huge arm and could just chuck the ball up there. It would be sweet but i'm not getting my hopes up for this one. CJ seems like a slim possibility as well. I'm putting my money on Hackett since he alreay is connected to Zorn.

Re: Which Current NFL Receiver Is Best for Us?
I think Chad Johnson is by far the best receiver out of that group. But, it would cost a fortune to get him and we're already cap tight.
I know that i'm probably alone in thinking that we should stick with what we got. Maybe draft a project type receiver late in the draft. I really don't see a receiver as a neccesity. Here's why: 1) Moss had a down year both with injuries and drops but he is only 2 years removed from being a top 10 receiver 2) Despite injuries of his own Randle El had his best season 3) As Campbell improves so will the receivers; and Zorn should help in that process 4) We already have the type of receivers everyone says we should get on the roster right now: Mix, Espy, and the hated Llyod ( why not give Llyod a clean slate? he's already under contract) But if we do go after a free agent receiver how about inexpensive ones like: Ruvell Martin (Packers) who comes from a "west coast offense", Justin Gage (Titans) or Aaron Moorehead (Colts) |

I'll take Williams, but I'd rather go with what we have.

Re: Which Current NFL Receiver Is Best for Us?
Im gonna say ochocinco, because he would be a huge help in our offense.

Ocho Cinco is the best but the least likely to come here

Re: Which Current NFL Receiver Is Best for Us?
stallworth would definitely be worth signing. him moss and el would give us great speed and two good options. of course, getting them both on the field at the same time maybe be kinda hard (*cough* tin can *cough*), but at least 1 could always be available.
