Re: Eagles v. Skins Gameday Thread

It looks like Haskins ratio of sloppy techniques to good techniques is improving. I saw a couple where his feet were nicely set, he had good arm motion and a nice release. They need to film a couple and show them to him over and over again, and tell him, "Do it like this every time, we know you can."

We need to go to a 4-3 and make Collins a OLB. He is slow as molasses.

It is odd that the only constantly healthy running back on this team the last couple years is one who is 5 years past the age when most running backs retire from old age.

That's because of his poor footwork. Not to mention, he kept drifting back in the pocket when all he had to do is stand strong, set and throw. It would've been a big play, too.

Not a bad first half, but Skins need to come out strong. Disappointed with that last pass.

Agreed. Still some messy plays but overall accuracy, mechanics and pocket mobility are definitely improving. Last week was a bit of a stagnation, but big step forward this week so far.

Man Haskins is up and down today. Just set your damn feet and make the easy throw and we got some more points.

This is why he needed to be playing regardless of where his growth was. He has, imo, improved from his first game till now and will have these games to reflect on through the off season. Plus the new coaching staff will have a better idea of how to focus the off season work
