Re: Pick Your Next Redskins Head Coach

I heard on Twitter that Jay Gruden has been eyeing Steve Spagnuolo as someone he can bring in as a Defensive Coordinator should he get a Head Coaching job somewhere. How would you guys feel about Spagnuolo being our Defensive Coordinator?

True. Not a huge fan of the idea. Don't hate it though

What do you think that Gruden's comments about Kaep say about how much he would like to coach RG3?

Griffin is ten times better than Dalton

I totally agree, but that isn't the question. Gruden didn't think that Kaep fit his system, so will he have reservations about RG3?

I am not at all suggesting he wouldn't get over it by the way.

Gruden is going to want a Cousins type of QB. He's going to want to guy that will run the offense over someone of would tends to want improvise. Now sure how that's going to play out with Snyder. lol.

Re: Pick Your Next Redskins Head Coach

Who wouldn't want to coach a mobile QB that can also throw?

I can't tell if you are being sarcastic here. I agree your statement, but the fact is that some people get stuck with "their way" and "their prototype". That is why I prefer Bevelll to Gruden. He runs a system that fits our offensive weapons perfectly.

Well then he won't be the HC if that's the case, Griffin isn't going anywhere

Re: Pick Your Next Redskins Head Coach

So Gruden is going to want to stick with another Dalton type of QB? Decent/good arm, limited mobility, throws too many picks.

Yeah something tells me he might be eager to get away from that type.
