Josh Wilson was in a walking boot this week, they have no depth anywhere...

As for Gruden, what did he way that wasn't true? He just basically said that a new coach may not want to run the current offense. If that's the case then who runs a pro style offense better? Fair commnets by Gruden. He might have been laying down his opinions to Snyder if he's interviewed for the job. |

Wasn't Josh Wilson suppose to be one of our free agent gems? Had Crawford not been injured I don't think Wilson makes the team.

I've been a die hard fan forever (30+ years), but after last night, the Redskins just freed up my Holiday season of a few hours each week. I'm done watching these guys until next year. Another year of no meaningful games in December.

I just feel like Shanny has no control over the team, just dont like his style. Im over it. But i fear what could be coming next. All i know is i think Will Muschamp should be d coordinator.

A new HC/OC has to evaluate and implement a pro system. Kirk may be better suited but Rob could eventually be better. If grounding Robert and humbling him helps him be a better QB, than that's what we need. Rob has to know we are the redskins not the robskins. He needs to read his book of mantras and cliches and realize how to be a team player and not be #1 all the time. If he doesn't get it- F* him. Trade him for 2 1st's and we can get back to working toward a Super Bowl and we will be better off. I see Nick Foles progression and makes me see all the missed opportunities to bring Kirk along. We lived and died by Kyle's use of Robert and have nothing to show for it and have to rebuild all over with new coaching. |

Why run Helu on 4th and short? You have Morris, a guy that never falls backward and always gets more yards after contact, and a damn good FB that can pound the rock... And you use Helu in that situation?
It's getting harder and harder to justify Mike staying HC next season... |

Look at the numbers. He's thrown one interception for every eleven pass attempts. Who cares if the ball comes out quick if it flutters to the intended target? |

We need him. We need Kyle and mike out and someone to grow Robert and keep him in te pocket. Rob is valuable. He is marketing, jersey/merch sales, and puts asses in seats. Cleveland, Jacksonville, minn, AZ, Houston- plenty of teams would use rob to equal and better results. Only in Washington would we abuse and misuse him. That's like taking Kate upton and turning her into a street brawler. |

Re: Redskins vs. 49ers Post Game Thread
This is all so horrible I can't deal with it right now. I don't even want to watch football on Thanksgiving. I don't think I could bear to watch the next Redskins game. I just want the season and the Shanahan era to end.
In my depressed state, I have convinced myself that, if the Shanahan's stick around much longer, RGIII's career will end like Joe Theismann's - in a heap on the field with a catastrophic leg injury. If Shanny is back next year, I may have to take a one season hiatus from Redskins football until his contract expires. But I keep hoping that it won't come to that. I tell myself that, surely, Dan Snyder must realize by now that this ruin we call the Redskins under Shanahan cannot be rebuilt by the same architect who is responsible for its collapse. At least, that's what I keep telling myself. But I don't believe it.

Re: Redskins vs. 49ers Post Game Thread
Asked directly if Griffin shouldn't be playing because of the knee injury he sustained in a January playoff loss to Seattle, Brooks confirmed.
"I don’t think he should be playing," he said again. "You can see it. Everybody can see it, everybody can see it." Against the Niners, Griffin completed 17 of 27 passes for 127 yards and an interception. Griffin took a lot of hits in the game, including two sacks from Brooks. "He’s a man, he has the heart of a warrior and is going to go out there and play regardless of the circumstance," Brooks said of RG3. "Everybody can see it. Everybody can see it. He shouldn’t be playing."
