Re: Matt Barkley Stays (QB Draft Prospect Thread-Episode IV)
I think he has been the back up for New Orleans, ever since zorn cut him. It is better to guess than look it up, it is much more exciting that way.

Also never a good sign when a 3 inch jump in height makes you borderline first round.

I hope it's the dirty Sanchez, he would flourish with Kyle.

This is the worse news I have ever heard in my life. What are we going to do now?

Like I said in The other thread, the skins are now very much alive for a QB, if rams get 1st pick they could trade it to us or trade Bradford to us. Same for Vikings with Ponder

Re: Matt Barkley Stays (QB Draft Prospect Thread-Episode IV)
I don't think I'd hesitate to send our 2nd rounder for either one. Of course that may not be the asking price

Re: Matt Barkley Stays (QB Draft Prospect Thread-Episode IV)
Anyone who thinks Drew Brees is going anywhere is smoking something. He's gonna be a Saint for life. Once this season is over he's going to get a massive deal.

Re: Matt Barkley Stays (QB Draft Prospect Thread-Episode IV)
The talks haven't "broken down." Brees himself wanted to back away until the season is over because he doesn't want them to be any kind of distraction during their legit Super Bowl push. Smart. He knows he'll get his. Put the team first now, the cha ching will follow suit.

Philip Rivers? Im guessing that, mostly cause it would be awesome.
