Id be interested in reading that from a credible source. But that is the first I have heard of it.

Romo is under contract until 2014, so anything about "not renewing his contract"
is highly suspect.

Re: ESPN Say's Newton To Enter Draft

According to Don Banks' first mock draft on SI.com he has the 'Skins taking Cam Newton as the second qb in the draft, behind the Bills taking Gabbert. And that's while Von Miller is still on the board. Idk bout you guys but I'd much rather have Miller than Newton. And if Shanny did go qb at #10, I think he'd be more inclined to take Locker than Newton. I've heard mixed reviews about Locker at Senior Bowl practices though, I've heard some reports say he's looked decent and other reports say he looked inaccurate and hasn't really improved his stock.

Only if you agree to trade a 3rd round pick for Haynesworth once you are coach.

When Big Ben was drafted, he was considered the qb most ready to start right away. Cam Newton is nowhere near that. The only comparison that makes sense is in athletic ability and size, that's where it ends.

Well with recent changes in Tennessee...I've lost a string. And that's all I'm going to say about that

JC was a "winner" in college too, I'm just sayin'

Apparently there's some concern of Newton's "helicopter Dad"

He needs to do his kid a huge favor and stay the eff away from anything Cam does. That's what he has an agent for now. A DC based firm... No connection. Damn I hope not anyway... lol

The Newton Dad thing sounds like a Vince Howard from Friday Night Lights situation

Absolutely correct.

JaMarcus Russell, Colt Brennan, Heath Shuler, Tim Couch, etc. etc., were all "winners" in college.

The "he's a winner" rationale is not a good one.

Math lesson for today kids.

2 + 2 = 4

College + Winner ≠ NFL Winner

Gimme a break. Your connections are so deep that you were able to fix the World Cup so that your favorite team won.

FIFA: Boss, who should win the Cup?
SmootSmack: Make sure that Spain wins and that David Villa looks like a star!
FIFA: Anything you say, boss.
