Re: Romo Broken Clavical

He let out a little scream?

C'mon, that's funny.

As for him getting hurt, I don't wish injuries on players but once it happens, oh well, part of the game.

Our O-line IS a little worse than Dallas', but we are more disciplined and are playing with more heart this year than them, and those things matter.

I don't think Big Blue runs up the score and blows us out like they were on their way to doing to Dallas before they started playing sloppy again. Our O-line from last year that would have wilted under this D they're putting up won't do it now.
I honestly couldn't say the Giants wouldn't have run up the score on us. If Mc5 got hurt there's no way we score on Off. last night, because we can barely score with him healthy.

Mental steroids do not exist. I'm sick and tired of people expecting Lich, Rabach, and Hicks to be immovable 30000 ton cinder blocks because of "mental preparedness" when they are PHYSICALLY OUTMATCHED.

Don't have technique and strength down as an O-lineman? You're f'ed no matter how much "heart" you have.

Sorry, the whole "he let out a little scream" just makes Romo sound so girly manish I laughed when I first heard it. (Mind you, if had some 270 lb monster run into me at full speed and break my collar bone - can't say I would be at my Tough Man best).

As with Matty, I don't wish injuries on anyone but when it happens - oh well.

Re: Romo Broken Clavical

I think it sucks that he got hurt. I wanted him to suffer every snap this year and be accountable for his lack of production. Getting hurt really lets him off the hook. I love all the locker room drama and division within their team. With all the talent around them year in and year out drafting and getting key free agents its their leadership (Romo) included that simply has a learning disorder. We win with heart/effort more so than talent.

Personally I'm kinda pissed......I was hoping we'd be the ones to do it!

This may save his job. Maybe Jerrah will forget how bad Romo sucks.

Hopefully he will 53. That way they don't try to upgrade the position.

If Romo sucks then we may not want to resign Mc5, because I had Romo pegged in as the second best QB in the NFCE behind Eli.

If McNabb doesn't suddenly become more accurate, he never has been IMO, I wouldn't resign him anyway.

What are you talking about here?

My comment was specifically regarding mental intangibles and toughness that DOES exist regardless of your protestations to the contrary, and that our team has these intangibles and this toughness while Dallas does not. You can be sick of it all you want, but its reality.

Wherever else you want to take that, up to and including some expectation for our O-line to be immovable, is not my argument.
