Re: Sean Taylor has died...
In the mornings, my wife wakes up before me to take care of our dog. When I came out this morning, she was crying and had the Tivo paused on a screen declaring Sean Taylor's untimely death.
We both had become big fans of Sean over the past 18 months; football aside. We admired the way he had taken charge of his life to become a better person. So sad. We will carry this one for a while.

Re: Sean Taylor has died...
I was dreading turning on the TV this morning...I had a really bad feeling about ST.
I hope they fry the fucker who did this!!! I think the Redskins will retire #21. I sure as hell wouldn't want to wear that # if I were a Redskin...it would be disrespectful, IMHO. RIP, Sean...you'll be missed... |

Re: Sean Taylor has died...
On Thanksgiving day, my Grandmother passed away. My family and I had spent days with her in the hospital as she struggled as her body failed her. I've cired and cried over that for days. Now this news. I just can't fathom it...

Re: Sean Taylor has died...
this is terrible news, after going to bed I was encouraged,I dont know if I'll feel like posting anymore this season, makes you forget about playoffs,I'm sure the players arent thinking about that right now, this could inspire the team to finish 5-0 or it could devastate them and make them go 0-5,either way it doesnt seem important now

In response to the above he probably did have security that's why the intruder cut the phone lines. I read where he had pit bulls but got rid of them because they kept burrowing under the concrete fence. Too bad because they would've alerted and/or attacked the intruder. I do tend to agree though that there is something fishy going on and think that when the investigation is complete it won't be a random burglary gone awry. A breakin 8 days earlier; nothing stolen and a knife left on the bed. It's to strange not to think there is a connection. |

Re: Sean Taylor has died...
This whole thing about security and all that...maybe he had ordered a system...maybe he felt like it was osmething random...there have been a lot of sthletes lately who have been victims of crimes...what does it all matter....he did what I would ecpect any man who reads this to do....he died protecting his family....there may be something sinister to all of this but that should in no way cloud the fact that he in no way asked nor did he deserve this to happen to him and his family...
