i don't understand what the fuck we're doing, where's all the playaction misdirections we saw the last two weeks? brunell will never throw it down the fucking field, even though the giants secondary is supposed to be awful. I don't get it.

Our defensive weaknesses are truly being exposed in this first half. Maybe we have two game plans today, one for the first half, and one for the second. Fortunately we're still in this game, but we have to play better on both sides of the ball in this next half.

When Brunell has a first half like this we always and I mean always lose. I hope we do something about that trend, but he does not look sharp at all.

Our defense is not very good. Springs or no Springs. This should be a lot worse than it is.
The first five minutes of the second half will write the story. Also, we can get a reverse on these guys. I am surprised we haven't seen it yet.

We were flat in the first half, but this is still a very winnable game, just gotta get back on track.

Re: 10/8/06: Washington Redskins (2-2) at NY Giants (1-2)
we're missing tackles and giving up big plays, we get pressure on the qb but he burns us again and again. Our defense has looked porous so far, and I never thought i'd say that with G.W. at the helm. We really need to sign someone who can cover this week. That and our offense hasn't done shit, they are getting pressure on Mark and everytime we get something going, penalties or poor execution kills us.

The Titans are shutting out Indy 10-0 at half. What's going on?

It's never good when five of your top six tacklers are members of the secondary.
