Re: Conference Championship Week
Denver's defense played lights out. Peyton better hand that ball over to Von Miller and the boys.
Of all people. How did they let him do that on that last drive. He did get away with that push off on the TD though, but still. GUARD GRONK!

Re: Conference Championship Week
I think the 4th an 10 catch was incomplete, looked like it was coming out when gronk was falling to the ground, and it bounced back up into him.

Re: Conference Championship Week
Anybody know a handy place to find sack numbers plus QB hits? I looked for a hot minute at work today. Anecdotally, Brady looked like he was getting up off the ground every other play.
He was rattled the whole game. I realize the talent level of the D, but Wade Phillips isn't getting enough credit for that game. He did something nobody else has done this year which is rattle Tom Brady from early in the game till the end.

@SI_DougFarrar Per official stats, Denver's 20 QB hits was the most for any team since 2006. More fun facts... @PFF The Broncos blitzed a season-low 17.2 percent of the time yesterday

I loved how Denver said "u have no one who can beat us over the top" so the second half they had a ton of guys underneath stoping the short passing game. Brady will dink and dunk all the way down the field and for some reason (Joe Barry)coordinators let them. Amendola and eldman are underneath receivers. Also Denver linebackers Brandon Marshall and travethan can cover.

Re: Conference Championship Week
Also, this is one game I thought BB fucked up big time. I think they should have gone for the FG with 6 mins left in the game instead of going for it on 4th and 1. It would have left lots of time still to get that 2nd score. That (and the missed PAT) really ended up being the game.
