Peyton Manning explains 'Omaha' meaning (kind of) - NFL.com
The look he gives her when she asked the question was hilarious.

Re: Around the NFL Championship Weekend
I was wondering why Omaha. I know what it's for, just wondering why that choice.
Also, I think the networks are cranking up a microphone on Manning. His snap counts are so much more audible than other QBs. Love his reaction though. I bet pro athletes are so sick of dealing with nimrods in the media, whether they'd admit it or not. Next game, he should change Omaha to El Paso just to confuse the reporters.

Re: Around the NFL Championship Weekend
Odd that "omaha" is just now getting attention, Eli and others have been saying it for years, among many other things they use for audibles or just part of the snap count. Is this really news?? Good lord.

Good to see Zimmer finally get his chance. Well deserved. He has a tough job ahead of him though...

Re: Around the NFL Championship Weekend
Great source! This morning they were close to a deal.
One that is confirmed, our old guy Keenan McCardell has just taken the WR coaching position for the Terps. Has anyone heard the outcome or any updates on Morocco Brown's interview with Tampa Bay?
