What did Dungy say? FO sucks?

Re: New coaches who?

I'm glad someone reminded me that Jon Gruden may be available. If we can't get Cowher, then we need somebody who can inspire the Redskins. I really thought Jim Zorn would make a great coach, but I've had a change of heart. This is a sad day. The plays that worked last year in the first half of that season just aren't working this year. I guess CP is used up as well.

Jon Gruden knows the WCo which means we dont have to change to offense again for the 100th time.

So does Shanahan, and either way I completely agree.

What are those coaches going to do under the this managment structure.

It's like switching QB's in our offense at the end of last year. They just would have had no time to throw anyway.

Re: New coaches who?

John Gruden is not a good fit for the Redskins. His loud mouth arrogant bravado will not motivate these players. He lost the Tampa Bay team to a rookie coach because the team responded negatively to that approach. I would say Shanahan or Cowher to say the least. Russ Grimm has not been a head coach and there is a reason no team has given him a chance. Allow Sherman Smith to call the plays and take all playcalling duties from Zorn til he's replaced.
