Re: Zorn: "I'm not worried about my job"
^ i wouldnt have made that call or the shit the he called in the red zone. it's NOT, actually that difficult to call a fade. or a power run instead of a stretch .... its NOT. defend him all u want...
shape up or ship out is his fate. and it's well deserved at that friend.

Re: Zorn: "I'm not worried about my job"
I know what he would say and that is he does not have time to worry about that cause he's to busy coaching or does not want to think about what he can't control. Any coach would say those things. but he better get things fixed and keep an eye over his shoulder cause Sun. had to be an embarrassment for DS having the stadium booing on national tv. If I was DS I think I would have called a meeting and practically put my foot up his ass. I would have wanted explanations as to why the team is not scoring and expected the fast moving high scoring offense promised by week 3. I'd keep him for the seasn but if things didn't change I would have someone else in the wings waiting for seasons end.

Re: Zorn: "I'm not worried about my job"
I'm all for continuity with the coaches but we all know what lies ahead. A new head coach for next year....especially if we only score 20 point which may not be enough to win this week. If we lose this week then here we go again........

Re: Zorn: "I'm not worried about my job"
You think Detroit could drop more than 20 on our D? With a rookie QB, and a very raw one at that?

Re: Zorn: "I'm not worried about my job"
I'll take another 9 to 7 win but on the road this week with a much improved Detroit team that is better coached than last year and hungry for a win...watch out! I bet they're saying all we have to do to win is score a mere 14 points. if all we do is kick field goals again, we're in trouble!

1-The patience on Campbell has been WAAAAAAYYYY too long. What has he done to deserve that leash? This is his 4TH season in the NFL, and this week vs the lions he will start his 39th game. 39!!!! The ineptitude in the redzone is on campbell's shoulders. There is a reason Zorn called the HB option, gotta try something when your qb is not cutting it. How many times are we gonna hear someone talk about different systems, or it takes X amount of starts to be good in the NFL? Well, we have passed these people. You are an NFL QB, if you can't be productive in different systems, even though you had time to learn them, chances are YOU are the problem, not the system. 2- It's good to be patient with someone that deserves it, and earned it. Has Zorn done either? This is a guy that never has been an OC much less head coach. We all exercised patience with him last year when he ended the season pretty horribly, and no coincidence that this season has started the way last year ended. So what has Zorn done to a- deserve the job, b- keep the job when he's performing in a subpar fashion?

Re: Zorn: "I'm not worried about my job"
absolutely agree with you, that likely won't happen unless there is some serious luck. However, if we only score 13 (our average right now) we very well could lose.
