Good for Eli. He should send some of the money to Burress because his production is going to go down significantly without him.

Manning is the most over-rated player in football since Alstott, and by a far margin. This baloney about "clutch" is silly. If he was worth the money, or even close, they wouldn't need him so much in the "clutch". There's a reason why Peyton and Brady aren't on the list. It's all a matter of opinion but no way would I want him for my QB. I honestly think he is best the 3rd best QB in his own division.

He is inaccurate, lacks leadership qualities that elite QBs have, and has suspect decision making at times. His career completion percentage is not only not good but in reality pretty bad(55%) and his TD/Ints(98/74) is pretty awful too.

Eli is the most overrated QB in the NFL. Im happy as hell about this signing. He is not even a top 10 QB in the league. I wonder if the Giants could turn back the clock if they would take him over Rivers? I wouldnt.

Coggs is trippin.. I would take JC over Manning too. Manning is an average QB man. Id take everyone on that list..plus.. Ryan, Romo, Cutler, Bulger, and Rodgers over Manning. Hell I would rather have Sanchez and he has never even played a game yet.

I really wish you were the GM of an NFC east team other than the Giants. I'm not saying Manning is a top-10 QB in the league, but I do know Campbell is a bottom-5 (amongst starters).

So Eli 5 years in the league and in those 5 years...
started 72 straight games for the Giants........
4 straight playoff apperences
1 Super Bowl victory
1Super bowl MVP award......

How much is Haynsworth getting......................?
....1 year out of six or 7 has he played in all 16 games.

He's still pretty sore about having his feelings hurt. So he's conclusion jumping after five weeks.

With that said, Eli looks like a million bucks out there for the Giants right now. Only $96.5 million more to go.

Does it feel good to be completely vindicated? It really doesn't matter what Eli does, at the end of the day, he's still an assclown. In fact, I'm surprised that Snyder hasn't tried to swing a trade for him.

By the way, Joe Morris was a very underrated running back. He put up some great numbers in 85-86.
