I was scared there for a second. Not at the size of his muscles but the fact that the belt he was wearing made it look like he was wearing a shirt to small while his pants were falling down.

That does it. I now have the proof I need to demonstrate that Landry has been using PED's.
Here's a picture of Landry before Shanahan's offseason program And here's what he looks like now

Re: The Official 2010 Training Camp Thread
yeah, did the jets release him because of his staggering $685K/year salary like it was reported? Or was there on the field issues that led to his Ousting, like he was possibly declining in productivity or they had someone better on the roster?
Anyone know? |

If he lives up to his name, he will be completely lacking.

Healthy again and happy to be back A handful of Redskins saw their first game action in quite a while on Friday night. Guys like Chris Cooley, Chad Rinehart, Clinton Portis and Jeremy Jarmon saw their 2009 seasons cut short due to injury. Others -- Maake Kemoateu and Adam Carriker -- spent all of last season on injured reserves, and both D-linemen looked steady in their first game back. "I felt good," said Carriker, the team's starting left end. "I hadn't played live game action in awhile, so I was pretty juiced up. There's a play or two, you can always do better. But for the most part, I thought I did pretty good." Kemoateu started at nose tackle and seems to grasp his role well. His name doesn't appear in the final stat sheet, but those around him were able to make plays - including Carriker. On DeAngelo Hall's interception, Carriker almost got to Bills' quarterback Trent Edwards before Edwards threw the ball. "In my mind, I was thinking, 'One more second!'" Carriker said. "He threw and D-Hall got the pick. So that's even better than a sack." Both Kemoateu and Carriker appear to have comfortable spots with the first unit for right now, especially if Albert Haynesworth moves to right defensive end when he eventually joins the starters. Neither seems too worried about the depth chart; they're both just happy to playing football again. "When we came here to play one time, I heard it was like a college atmosphere," Carriker said. "It's a preseason game, but it was pretty rowdy out there. I was excited. I was jazzed up to play."

Re: The Official 2010 Training Camp Thread
Ah, but a dearth of bad snaps means that he will be completely fulfilling his role.

Sounds like he didn't really want to play in the first place. He should have just taken himself out of the draft then. That really screws the 49ers out of a draft pick. He was a decent RB too. THank God they still have Gore, but if he gets hurt look out!!!! |
