The Jets are probably rolling the dice to see if Maybin can be slavaged. I think the Jets saw enough of Gholston over the two years of Rex Ryan's tenure to know he was not going to work out for them.

By the way, the next sack that Gholston records will be his first...

Perhaps 2 second rounnd picks is too high a price to acquire Asante Samuel.

However, if there were a dispersal draft and you wanted a CB and both Samuel and Carlos Rogers were on the board, would you TRULY take Rogers? :confused-

No thank you -- let's see what this group can do, I doubt anyone in the league (besides the Redskins of VC's era) would take that deal.

Has Maybin recorded a sack at all? I wonder who will get the first sack out of those two.

Does groupon have a half off coupon we can use to get Samuel? Someone check into that....

So what is it? Orakpo 18.5 - Maybin 0?

Very questionable management in Buffalo. I realize they have trouble attracting FA's due to their location but the draft picks are the ones that bother me the most.

Buffalo has drafted horrifically since the middle of the decade. It's frightening really. The Redskins still lack young potential superstars at most levels of the team but they've done twice as much in the draft as Buffalo has with half as many picks.

The Bills have actually done quite well building their team through other means though. Fitzpatrick. Jackson. The guy who is going to be their no. 2 this year (his name escapes me). Florence. George Wilson. Merriman. That's a good amount of talent they have there (more than us, methinks) with some of the most inept drafting I've ever seen in my life. Maybin over Orakpo was a marketing-driven decision on draft day, taking the guy who played college ball locally over the better player.

I was not aware the Skins were ever asking for two second rounders to trade Carlos Rogers.

When did they move State College to upstate NY?

Dude you have a lot of knowledge but sometimes you really sling the BS.
