Not much tackling, not much running at the Pro Bowl – ProFootballTalk

Did anyone even watch?

I seriously think they should make it a flag football game. This year it was really obvious they agreed not to tackle and not to hit. The refs blew the play dead as soon as the ball carrier was touched.

It was a thud practice with some of the best players in the game. If you watch it that way, not expecting it to be a real game, it's "fun", well it's not worse than most of the things they put on TV anyway.

Landry had a really nice catch. He really has great hands.

I think they should change it up like the NHL has, I watched the 3v3 and it was pretty cool.

Let’s be honest any all-star type of game tends to stink.

Not taken as one,I respect your opinion .I just can't see how anyone can believe anything else.He had no "protest" while a starter.

I'm trying to get excited for the SB but I really just don't give a shit. I'm just hoping JT pulls out another tit during the halftime show.

Ricky: With all due respect, Mr. Dennit, I had no idea you'd gotten experimental surgery to have your balls removed.
Mr. Dennit: What did you just say to me?
Ricky: What? I said it with all due respect!
Mr. Dennit: Just because you say that doesn't mean you get to say whatever you*want*to me!
Ricky: Yes, it does!
Mr. Dennit: No, it doesn't!
Ricky: It's in the Geneva Conventions, look it up!

Didn't he get pulled over by a cop or something and treated like a suspect and that's partially why he did it?

Grammys down 24% last night. It’s all the same song...Too political. People are sick of it.

Regarding this, text to my friends earlier...

"Shocker...Who wants to watch a bunch of rich whiners patting themselves on their backs in their little echo chamber?"

Re: Super Bowl LII Thread

Is it Chico? I didn't watch because I don't give a shit what songs win awards.

As I saw it put years ago, the Grammy's were exposed as a sham when Jethro Tull won best hard rock whatever over Metallica. Winners like that are why I never take these award shows seriously. And why watch when someone will make a cut of all the decent jokes afterwards and put them online?

I am not totally sure that happened, but either way if the military supports his right to sit or stand during the anthem so do I. That's what this country is all about, is the freedom to have a choice. Maybe he wasn't personally harassed by police, maybe he was. But you can't deny the kneeling wasn't effective, here we are 2 years later still discussing it.
