Re: Are the Bears a Legit spot for Shanny?

Cut out the dead weight, get rid of Orlando Pace, get rid of Frank Omiyale, get rid of Kevin Shaffer, and draft one tackle, and one guard with your first two (second day) picks, and you'll have a functional offensive line there to protect Cutler. The 2010 Bears aren't exactly going to win a super bowl, but that's a wild card contender with a half decent offensive coach.

Re: Are the Bears a Legit spot for Shanny?
i'm confused across the board as to who our HC will be to be honest...i'd like to have shanny though...it seems like it's going to happen...but i won't believe until he's up there on the podium telling the world he's going to change around our beloved deadskins.

I seriously wish it was the end of the season just to get this Shannahan deal done! I'm going crazy with all these reports, not to mention rumors of Florida now... not gonna happen, but still.
