Re: Bram Speculates That It May Be Grimm
Of all the candidates mentioned to date, Russ Grimm is the best choice from my point of view. But I'm only a fan...

Just for the sake of discussion, what are you basing your point of view on? Purely from a football angle. Being a former Redskin doesn't make him a good coaching candidate.

Let's just hire a coach and fire up the engines for this coming offseason. Grip and rip, Blast and past, Shake and bake, Pick and stick!

I'll take Jim Zorn over Fassel any day.

Re: Bram Speculates That It May Be Grimm
why does everyone think grimm is this amazing coach?
yeah, he played well for us, but he hasn't really proved much in the case of why he'd be a great HC... and he's been passed over by a LOT of teams an awful lot of times. and honestly, i rather have zorn (who i don't know all that much about) than fassel (who i know enough about to dislike... tantrums, losing the team, somewhat average as a coach). |

I like Grimm too, he seems to be a no nonsense guy that should be good at relating to players. But, other than him being a skin of hog greatness, I really don't have any reason to say that he'd be a better coach than the others. |
