Re: Redskins vs Eagles Gameday Thread
sorry, desean here would have had to listen to hixon, and not return punts while waiting on ARE. so all in all we would have been cursing Thomas for being on the eagles, and wondering why desean can't get on the field.

Re: Redskins vs Eagles Gameday Thread
Laron Landry is quite possibly a bust. Let's give him a different defensive coach, but damn that guys takes horrible angles and it's not getting any better.
He stinks! |

Re: Redskins vs Eagles Gameday Thread
The only things that are really different between this week and last week are 1) the quality of the defenses, and 2) Zorn chose to kick at the end of the half.

Re: Redskins vs Eagles Gameday Thread
I'm done as a Campbell apologist. Casserly's analysis is spot on - Campbell checks down too early and leaves plays on the field. The checkdown to Randle El when he had Moss for a TD on the pump and go is exhibit A.
I can't imagine how much shit like that must frustrate Zorn. You design an offense to make big plays downfield, and the QB doesn't pull the trigger when the plays are there to be had. |

Re: Redskins vs Eagles Gameday Thread
Campbell is a FA after this year... he won't be a Skin next year... so what's the big deal? We are no longer "developing the young guy Campbell", so let Todd, the vet who has earned the right to get on the field some time to have some fun playing football... if you watch interviews, you can see he WANTS to be in there..

Re: Redskins vs Eagles Gameday Thread
Yeah the D gave up some plays, but you can only stop a good team but so many times. Time of possession is killing us.

Re: Redskins vs Eagles Gameday Thread
Did DT catch a red zone TD last week? Did our offense score even one TD last week. No I see a huge difference, even in losing

Wow... forget the EASY TD that Campbell left on the field?? It should be 17 points up on the board for the Skins... that's about 11 more than we had all last game right?? Come on... i'm no EXPERT, but I can see a difference.
