You could be right.....his decision making is lousy..........the only thing he lacks is experience......however, I think a foolish front office like the Raiders, Jaguars, or Jets would be stupid enough to make that trade....

There are times when its strategically wise to lose a battle (or even multiple ones) in order to win a war.
