Re: Redskins Trade for Alex Smith
I think I’ll just read your posts for the next couple days. Nearly everyone else is irrational. Emotionally on tilt. Save me from the crazies I can’t take it.

Re: Redskins trade for Alex Smith
Nobody’s seemingly willing to accept the reality.
Kirk. Cousins. Did. Not. Want. To. Be. A. Redskin. He wants to play with a winning tradition. We haven’t had that since the early 90s. He was gone from Washington the moment the clock hit 0:00 against the Giants. Gotta deal with it and move on, gentlemen.

Re: Redskins trade for Alex Smith
Last thing I’m going to say Smith couldn’t do it in SF or KC (I like Alex and saw plenty of him in SF) Cousins is the better QB, I understand we needed a replacement, management got fleeced and way overpaid for him, especially at
Young age of 33. We better draft a young QB to groom, we are going to need it. I’m out.

Denial is a pretty powerful thing apparently. While I was holding out hope something would work out with Cousins I knew that chances of that actually happening was very slim. What surprises me is that people seem surprised the Cousins/Redskins relationship has come to an end. The writing has been on the wall especially after the 2nd tag. |

No way Reid would have traded him to Denver, unlike the McNabb situation he knows Smith can play. |
