Re: Time to clean house 1.0.

4 sacks in 15 games for an edge rusher is brutal.
Tied for 92 in the league and hasn't missed any playing time.

He isn't better than Kerrigan, Ionnidis, Payne, or Allen.
We need increased pressure so we need to look at his roster spot and get someone who can contribute.

From what’s likely from beat reporters and insiders...manusky will be gone. I think that’s driven a bit with who might be available.

I think my top 3 d coordinators

1 Rex Ryan
2 Greg Williams
3. Todd Bowles

My preference would be to move on from Preston. I think the decision should be left up to the new defensive coordinator.

He is a free agent so it will depend on how much money he wants, given our cap position I would hazard a guess at too much

Stop getting my hopes up for a new d-coordinator. I haven't seen anything to indicate they are going to make any changes this offseason, including Bruce.

I'd love G.Will back btw but Cleveland is really going to make a tough decision this offseason, G.Will has them playing better than any coach in their history. If I'm Cleveland I stick with him, he's more than earned it.

I'd also take Rex but isn't he out of the game since the Jets firing? He might be enjoying his retirement/his wife's toes too much to get back in the game.

And finally, since all indications point to Gruden coming back, I think he should hire another legit o-coordinator. I don't think he's smart enough to handle playcalling and HC responsibilities.

I know money talks but didn't G. Williams say at some point in the recent past that he would never return to Washington to coach?

Don’t forget Tomsula, very well liked and a great motivator.

Smith most likely is gone, not a huge loss either. He's average at best at his position.

Love 2 and 3.

1 is such a big personality now I don't think he would come back as a coordinator.

If he did, is he a guy who would fall in line behind a HC?

I’ve heard multiple reporters and insiders say d cor is the most likely move. Which kinda sux. But the empty seats and the falling tv ratings in dc should spurn change. Obviously, the most logical move is Bruce being fired...still a hope there.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.

Firing Bruce Allen has got to be the number one priority. He is an absolute moron. Truthfully the entire staff needs to go but getting rid of Allen would be enough to make me happy.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.

Needs in order as far as team, WR, WR, ILB, S, CB, G. I honestly think JJ can run this offense well enough to get us through another season while we address these other holes. Especially with a full off season and pre season for him.

We have to draft a QB next year. I don't mind having JJ back to compete but as a 16 game starter? Idk.. that would be real tough. That's asking a lot out of him.

They return two WRs from IR. Sure they need another WR. They need 3 or 4 safeties. O-line is a top priority too

I agree!!!! Give the man some playmakers other than AP and he could be good! We need a go to TE that stays healthy!
