Re: Around the NFL: Conference Championships Edition
Ray Lewis may not have stabbed those two guys, but he knows who did, and that makes him an accessory to murder. I hope the truth comes out one day and people remember him for who he really is

Re: Around the NFL: Conference Championships Edition
NFL athletes are a lot of the time the worst citizens, any athlete for that matter. Even the great ones like Jordan, Ruth, Magic Johnson and others were not exactly admirable off the field. O well they are on tv the most.
Also this weekend proved that physical defense and a physical oline still wins you football games. Hope the redskins are taking note and learn the value of a physical front seven and secondary. |

Sure that's a part of it but she's right. I'm sick of Ray Lewis. Let's go SF!

Re: Around the NFL: Conference Championships Edition
Athletes are the worst citizens? Did I read that right? Hmm. Ok
I get the sense a lot of people are suddenly now sick of Ray Lewis, as if he's a different person than he's been all of a sudden Would be crazy if this is Randy Moss' last game too. He should be, but wonder if he will be, a first ballot Hall of Famer as should Lewis and Tony Gonzalez. Will make for a great class in five years

Welker's wife may have thrown out a cheap shot, but...she is right. It was probably best left unsaid though...especially after her husband helped lose the game for the Patriots. The timing makes it look bad and just bitter. I have to say, Wes married up though.
