And Ray Ray put an exclamation point/Jacked up on the end of the Ravens game. Well done.

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)
Jets r overhyped and sanchez sucks, and this SD/KC game is good.. Chiefs are loaded at RB. Charles just went 60 yards for a TD. I wish we had a homerun hitter like that

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)
On a sidenote (but related to this week's NFL action)
Just wondering if people saw this article about the concussion injury of two Eagles players (Kolb/Bradley) during the Eagles/Packers game... NFLPA director: Union reviewing Philadelphia Eagles' response to Kevin Kolb, Stewart Bradley injuries - ESPN I was a bit shocked to see Bradley back on the field after the way he went down with that concussion. I'm surprised this hasn't garnered more attention in the media.

Dexter McCluster just did a job on SD with that punt return. I loved the kid in college, wish he could have become a skin.

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)
I'm shocked at how good the Chiefs look. Are they back? Number 11 has got to catch that ball!

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)
It made me sooo happy to see Rex Ryan and his band of pompous mouth-offs get beat up. Can't stand that guy. He's brought soooo much attention to that team via his talk, when they start to fall, the NY media is gonna eat his lunch. I can't wait.

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)
No, if I had to guess it's just your typical week 1 upset. You might be able to rely on your defense week in and week out but winning with Special Teams is more along the lines of maybe every few weeks if your lucky. The Chiefs passing game was just as bad as the Jets putting up just 68 yards. Only difference is the Chiefs had Arenas and McCluster returning punts.

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)
Honestly with 60-something yards passing most nights that'd spell a loss for any team, not just the Chiefs. Aka they might've won, but that was because the Chargers were probably not at the top of their game. Plus they need to work on their special teams and run defense.

Re: NFL regular season thread (week 1)
Sanchez looks worse this year, but then again it's tough for any QB to look good against that Ravens D when they're on.
