Re: Week 17 Power Polls
the fan polls @espn had us as #8 but I dare say that if the Skins maintain this level of play and momentum, they r top 3-4.

Re: Week 17 Power Polls
Polls do not matter, if we do not win. Regardless of where people think we should be ranked, there are still alot of non-believers with the Redskins. A lot think that out of all the teams currently expected to make the playoffs, the Redskins are the weakest. I get this impression that most people(beside us ) think that if the Skins make the playoffs the will lose first game. Only way to improve that "ranking" is to win. So lets shut these non-believers up the old-fashioned was by winning.

Re: Week 17 Power Polls
Fox's 5 ranking is a bit inaccurate. this week, Fox based their Power Rankings on some obscure ranking system that heavily accounts for the last few weeks. if you look at the line, Full Season rank is 10...

Re: Week 17 Power Polls
Anyone else noticing 2 that of all the people actually saying positive things about what the team might do r either guys who've said all season that the team stunk, former NFC rivals like Ditka, or actual retired Giant, Cowboys, and Eagle players? The only guy I remember honestly seeming to root for the team throughtout the year was Mark Schlereth (sp?) on Espn.
