Re: New coaches who?

Given Snyder's previous record he will get either Shanny, Gruden, Cowher, or Holmgreen.

Re: New coaches who?

As much as I like Bugel, the offensive line is a huge problem. The first thing I'd do is fire Vinnie because he's the worst problem the Redskins have.

Yeah I agree. Bcuz D. Hall has had a bad season so far. Another big contract for a bad player

Re: New coaches who?

Im for Gruden at this point, and Id like it to happen immediately. Id like to see Zorn and Blache gone ASAP, and promote Gray to defensive coordinator. Gruden is an offensive guy, and isnt afraid to call out someone when they screw up. Im so tired of hearing Zorn "sugar-coat" everything, the players are even talking like him now. Stand up and be accountable for what you do on the field.

MOST of the players dont have a heart, but it starts with the coaches. Quit making excuses and take some responsibility for what you put on the field.

It may be premature to speculate because I don't think Zorn will be fired (at least not just yet)....Of the coaches you name prospective replacements for Zorn, which one's do you think would want to come to Washington and work for Mr. Snyder? Judging from what Tony Dungy think's is the Redskins biggest problems, he may not want to be considered a candidate.

Get Schottenheimer in here with a competent Offensive Coordinator. If thats the package then I'm board with it. Schottenheimer is great when it comes to motivating players.
