I voted for all 16 cuz bugel's crew and gibb's playcalling is gonna keep brunnel in a standing position a whole more than we're used to seeing a skins qb in recent years. brunnels only missed 11 games before being replaced by leftwich last year since he became a starter for jacksonville in 1995, but I'm not sure how many of those were injury related or possibly being held out with a playoff spot already locked or whatnot, so to say he's injury prone doesn't really make a whole lot of sense from those numbers. In fact if i were a betting man I'd say he has a consecutive start streak going sometime deep into next year.

1-4, Brunell is old and his blind side will be exposed in week 3 vs. the Cowpokes. Hell, Ramsey might even go down in that one as the back up. Better sure up the right side of the O Line or Brunell will not stand up very long.

I think it is a blessing that Brunnel is starting. Ramsey needs time to learn. He is the future, and the future looks bright with Ramsey.

16. Our o-line will protect him, and with the running game he should be fine. Also, no shotgun formations in Gibbs playbook. It's all about max protection.

He'll be protected well, if he gets injured it will be a freak thing, somethign that could happen to anyone. I just hope everyone gets on teh same page and learns the system fast because we definitly have a ton of threats on offense.

Now that everyone knows who the starter is, everything should start coming together. Gibbs already said that he's concentrating on getting the timing right between the QB and WR's. I'm sure we'll see alot more passes this Friday. But, I think by week 3 or 4 our offense will be firing on all cylinders.

I like Brunell opening the season. He's got more experience & we really need a proven winner behind center. Ramsey is very talented & will eventually take the role from Brunell, but Ramsey has the chance now to watch Gibb's system from the sideline & learn it well.

guys, joe gibbs does not play musical quarterbacks.i see brunell starting all 16 games as long as the skins are competitive in each game and as long as he is not injured.in gibbs 1st season, theismann started every game and started every game until that dreadful monday night hit in 1985 by LT that ended his career.ramsey better get used to carrying the clipboard and learning gibbs system.by the way he has played this preseason,,he does'nt deserve to be second string.hassleback has outplayed him,IMO.
