Absolutely. I want revenge.
Keep in mind, the Giants have choked late in the season before.

Was it that he ran Saunders system more the second half or that Collins knows how to run the system better JC?

Feely.
Its not like JC has been this big scoring machine.

With Collins in the game I think it was pretty clear that Saunders was calling things differently. He even said himself that he's got a lot of confidence in Collins.

I don't think we should read that as he lacks confidence in Campbell... obviously there's a certain comfort level there due to Collins and Saunders having worked together in this offense for so many years.

I think the Bills game taught him that. Give me 31 rushing yds and a win.

I think with Collins, you see the extent to which Saunders system is based around short, quick passes. They really caught the Bears flat footed a few times. I'm not sure that Campbell's skill set, which is impressive in it's own right, fits all that well with what Saunders wants to do. However, I think that our other skill players fit that philosophy extremely well. If we can tape our defense together for three more games, we have an excellent chance.

Re: the playoff hunt...

When Jason Campbell went down, I thought, "there goes the season". Seeing Todd Collins run the offense efficiently, gave me a lot of hope. The G-Women do have The-Other-Manning quarterbacking their teams, which should also instill hope into Redskins fans. The G-Women can be beat. The Vi-Queens also have a suspect quarterback. Tavarius Jackson plays like a rookie quarterback and Greg Williams should sent the kitchen sink after him. All the Skins need to do is limit Chester Taylor and Adrian Peterson to reasonable numbers. Anything can happen in a rematch with the Cow-Girls.

Re: the playoff hunt...

For all this talk that Collins' knows & runs the system better, didn't anyone notice that we were keeping 2 backs & often a TE in to block quite a bit? If it wasn't max pro it was close. On the contrary, JC ran the O w/only 1 back in on most passing downs & has been for weeks.

Seems to me the staff got cautious after JC's injury & Collins fumble. It paid off as he still had guys open. If we got JC that kind of time I think he would've had the same game. We certainly don't want to see Collins under a lot of pressure & can't expect him to make a lot of plays when the protection breaks down.

We can't understimate Mike Sellers' return

Re: the playoff hunt...

I think the biggest key would be minnesota. They need to lose a game or two, counting against us. Arizona, will lose another game probably two. we need to win all of our games basically to have a realistic shot at this thing.

I do think we need to just air it out and let Al take over and call his offensive plays. we have nothing to lose.

Re: the playoff hunt...

Minnesota is definitely beatable... they only really have a running offense. Their D is pretty decent, but we should be able to get into the endzone against them....

The Giants are scary right now, though... Their running game may do more damage to us than the vikes, actually, because if we cheat up against them they'll make us pay... so we'll see landry deep the whole game to negate their passing game, and they have some strong backs that hit holes hard.

it'll be hard to get our o on the field and keep our qb clean against their pass rush, too...

this will be the hardest game of the season.

if we win this one, and minnesota, I think dallas wont play romo and to the whole game, if much at all... and even if they do our guys will be pumped knowing they can get into the playoffs with a win... also a home game agaisnt dallas with playoffs on the line will get the fans pretty pumped and make for a hostile december environment...

if we lose to the giants though, I say we'll finish 7-9
