i just hope he shows some flashes that he's a true NFL starting QB and deserves the job.

JC wears #17 for DWilliams. DWilliams got his first start in Tampa as well.

- Hes only experience is the preseason which means he has no experience.
+ Hes mobile enough to make a play instead of chucking it for the sidelines.
