the 1080ps are gonna to cost more. the cheap plasmas have much more black space between the pixels, and its not really noticeable at home, BUT if you look at the 6k tv next to the 2k one, the cheap one will look like utter crap.
DLP is now not terrible (like it used to be a couple years ago) and LCD ghosting is way down too. |

I got a 62 inch dlp open box for $1000 and wonder now how I ever watched aplain old 36" CRT. The days of analog are over in my house.
