Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
lol he's even worse! Good maybe for yards, but not for TDs. Crappy year for him.

Wow I wish I was in your league, because Brady is the 20th ranked qb in mine. I just benched him for Terrelle Pryor in case my pending trade for Phillip rivers gets vetoed.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
Getting wins in weeks 8 & 9 is so crucial. These are the largest bye weeks for teams and surviving these weeks with wins in the middle of season sets up nice b4 the playoff push.
I don't know how it is in y'all's, but my leagues how been close, injuries have been equalizers. In my pay league, 10 of the 12 teams still in really good shape. 5 are all tied for the best record, no break aways.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
Bye weeks are killing my teams right now, I lost a nail biter last week with Luck out and Geno Smith couldn't do jack in relief. Not much of anything on the waiver wire this time of year either.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
Today I benched Chris Ivory and Mikes James. YAY! Luckily I'm playing my wife's friend who didn't realize Kaep is on a bye.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
So far my trade for Phillip Rivers is paying off. Half my team is on a bye, and yet I'm leading by 80. My whole lineup played at 1, and unless the Bears defense and Brandon Marshall can score 80 points tomorrow I'll probably win. Got a solid 20 out of Rivers (after Brady dropping 5, 5, and 7 in the last month I'm excited to just say that lol) big day out of AD with 24, 10 from Mike Tolbert, 8 from Harry Douglas, 20 from Keenan Allen, 5 from Jordan Reed, 10 from Woodhead, 16 from Nick Folk, and 6 from the Titans d. It's nice to get that win when you've got a bulk of your team out of the lineup.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
Quick question though, if you were trying to turn Tom Brady into a decent 2nd rb, who would you pick? I know I can't get an elite back for Brady, I just need something consistent to replace Fred Jackson who averaged 10 points every week.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
Maybe Danny Woodhead? He's been solid week-to-week for me and every now and then he goes off.

Re: Fantasy Football 2013 Thread
If I leave it as-is that's probably my best option. I'm thinking maybe I could pull off a trade for Zac Stacy, I'm just not sure if he's worth trying to trade Brady for.
