I can understand the 49ers a bit, coming off a big win last week on the road. Going to Seattle is always a tough task.

Re: Around The NFL...Week 16 Style

R.Wilson looks pretty darn good today. Hadn't seen him play until now.

Differences I see:
1) RG3 doesn't have a top tier D
2) RG3 doesn't have M.Lynch. (I think Morris is good, but not the Beast)
3) RG3 has a higher passer rating / lower INT
4) RG3 has more commercials and endorsements.

I think RG3 still wins it, but RW1 is pretty close.

I think that the Colts were a better football team than the talking heads were giving them credit for. Curtis Painter was just really bad.
I am not sure if this stat still stands but last week the only quarterback that had more turnovers than Andrew Luck (fumbles and picks) was Mark Sanchez.

The score is 42 to 6 I never thought they would get destroyed that badly. Playoffs is going to be amazing this year.

Good point.

But if they beat Seattle, they would wrap up the division and position themselves for a bye. But instead of being pumped for this opportunity, the 49ers look like they don't even feel like playing.

Anyone from the nfc can get to the Superbowl. ATLANTA, GB, WSH, SEA, SF, . Only Minnesota IMO has no chance if they even get in

Still stands. Sanchez 29, Luck 28 total turnovers.

It should, but the powers that be are more impressed with wins and draft position. Only time will tell, but in all honesty this is a very solid Rookie QB class...so far.

ROY is wide open for all 3 QB's and to be honest who gives a shit about an award, I want to win playoff games and a SB. All 3 have some kind of strength and weaknesses.

Also, Luck has lost 5 fumbles, so you can't go on 9 fumbles as turnovers. He actually has 23 turnovers, not 28.

Not really. Cam had 17 INTs and 2 fumbles lost.

Cam wasn't competing against 2 other qb's with better passer ratings, completion percentages, TD/INT ratio, and rushing yard statistics either.

In the end, I think they look at the record he broke and the fact he's taken a 2 win team and turned it into a 10 (potentially 11) win team. If you went with a all around better QB, it would go to RGIII, but I seriously doubt that's what the voters will be thinking. They'll be thinking that 2 win to 10 win team and the record breaking.

Looks like Tebow rode into practice this week blaring "Take this job and shove it" on the radio.

Tim Tebow of New York Jets asked to be left out of Wildcat, sources say - ESPN New York

Let's not forget the 4183 yards passing with a game to go.
