Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018

I hate to admit it, but I would call Suh agent and just ask. If not, I would then sign D Poe and have him in the center of our dline for the next several years. This is where my focus is in free agency.

I’d then get one of the Browns at mlb...Preston or Zach. Sign then a couple vets at CB and back up Olb/de.

Then I’m squarely focused on Guard and RB with the first 2 picks of our draft. TE and WR in the mid rounds.

Let’s go

Good chance we have an eye on DL at 13 in the draft

Yeah it looks like that first pick will be DL or RB for sure now

Raiders cut Crabtree, I'd imagine Dallas would go after him since ESPN loves to say they should go after every FA that is available....

I just think it's good to remember who is actually available. Nobody should be panicking. We should be looking to get the guys leftover sometime over the next few weeks. The costs will be very reasonable at that point.

Just some of the guys out there:

ILB: Zach Brown, Navorro Bowman, Tahir Whitehead, Jerrell Freeman, Derrick Johnson, Kevin Minter, Gerald Hodges, Brian Cushing

DT/DL: Ndamakung Suh, Sheldon Richardson, Dominique Easley, Bennie Logan, Nick Fairley, Jay Bromley

G: Justin Pugh, Jack Mewhort, Matt Slauson, Joe Berger

Logan would be a good 1 yr option. I would like to lock up ZB for a few years

Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018

We're clearly not going for the off-season win. Sitting on our hands and letting things come to us. Get me a slot corner in FA at some point and any one of the three of LG/MLB/DT. I'd be happy with that and then hope to draft well for the other positions of need.

Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018

Sticky this post. We will sign somebody between March 20 and April 1 who will end up making a big difference for us in 2018.

Free agency spoils go to the patient.

That ILB is ripe with quality...I wanted Hodges last year if we didn’t get Zach B. ILB isn’t a pivotal position....you spend at DLine.

Our interior Oline was a huge weakness, EVEN when healthy. Long and Luavo were flat out garbage. We need a serious upgrade there. Still good options in free agencies but the draft has a TON of talent in the first 2rounds there.

Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018

I love DJ36 but this is another example of a player that needs to "stay in his lane" if you will.

Well We Do Need A Nickle Back Savage!👉🏿 @Mathieu_Era Annnnddd A D’lineman👉🏿 @NdamukongSuh ! 🤔 Hmmm! 32nd Rank Rush Defense. We Need To #MILK 🤷🏿*♂️

If you want these guys , get some players together and restructure contracts to make it happen.
