I've said it before I'll say it again the replacement refs werent really a downgrade from the "regular" refs. We need fulltime refs.

I'm not a fan of the 49ers but I agree. If he'd made contact on the swing he'd have been ejected, so what's the difference on an attempted yet failed swing?

Given the amount of money the NFL makes it's criminal that the refs are 'crossing guard volunteer' quality.

Yeah been awhile since I paid attention to Cam Newton but the classic pout he had on the last series pretty much guaranteed the win I think. compared to his peers Cam Newton has no heart..
