Well he was talking about how MS would not listen to the players opinions at all. It was his way or the highway. He also said how poor of a communicator he is. He also discussed the issue w/ Fred Davis, how they had base plays that everyone knew how to run, yet Kyle would have these long meetings going over plays everyone knew how to run. Davis slept in the meetings because he was bored going over stuff he already knew how to run.

He also says that the reason Danny Smith left was because he didn't like Shanahan. Shanahan was just out for the offense and defense and didn't care about teams.

How about him saying Shanahan and Snyder never once spoke (without others present) during the 4 years MS was there? That Shanahan never once went to Snyder to voice his displeasure about anything

Well heck ,let's let Griff coach the team, no one else is coming to this nightmare of an organization after his BS with Snyder.

I think they kept Haslett as the janitor for now, he'll be gone soon enough.

He calls a good game, plays the odds, and I've always respected his accomplishments on the field in a game. I think where he implodes is on any personnel decisions. That's why they gave him the boot in Denver, and ultimately why he has failed here in D.C.

Either way, he's gone. Good riddance. I'm not excited this go round for out coaching change. Quite frankly, I'm extremely pessimistic. I think there are some good choices out there (Jay Gruden HC, Raheem Morris DC, Hire a true GM), but I simply think we won't do it.
All the above that is highlighted, italicced and underlined, sorry to say, is bull-fucking-shit.

One playoff win in 14 years AFTER ELWAY, guy was a god in denver for a while, and it took them a while to cut bait, cause they finally found out that he rode Elway all the way to the bank and back a couple times. He accomplished jack shit without that guy, and the numbers, statistics as well as his tenure in DC prove it, at least to me. Game has passed this mofo by like a fukkin bullet train. He should give John Elway half of his salary for the past 4 years, cause Elway is the ONLY reason he got this fuckin job in the first place. I don't think there has ever been a more blatant case of a great QB making an average coach seem great.

Proof is in the pudding.

Well John Elway never won a Superbowl unti Mike Shanahan came to Denver, drafted Terelle Davis and installed the ZBS. John Elway had lost more than a step or two and if it werent for Shanahan would probably not have won a ring.
I agree with you that the game has passed him by. Way by. But to say he rode Elway to a couple of superbowls is not accurate and probably the exact opposite of what really happened.

Cooley wasn't talking that noise during the season. Singing another tune now eh?...lol All the dirt is coming out.

What will happen to Wrecks Grossman now that his patrons are gone? Will the dragon never again be unleashed?
