Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I'm actually starting to welcome the idea of a WR. I've said from the get-go that I think we're in a position to draft the players who drop a bit. Get a good value. Thus far, 16 picks and no WRs taken. Maybe we get a deal on Thomas?

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I didn't say which TV, so I better go in the room with the 20" rather than the big one. Oh well, the laptop was getting old anyway. If we pick WR and I drop off you'll know why. LOL

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
I think most had him at the bottom of the first, early second. If they were going OL I would've thought Otah

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Latest scenarios seem to be drafting a WR likely Sweed and moving up into the early 2nd for BPA between Jackson, Merling, and Balmer
or trading down and getting Merling later and then problaby Kelly

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
Theoretically, what would we part with for moving up? One of our 3rd's maybe?

Re: The official 2008 draft discussion thread
When they show these players at home with the hats on it ruins it for me. I like to hear the announcment at the podium.
