Re: Around the NFL Week 9

I'm kind of wondering if tonight will be the last time Michael Vick is the eagles' starting QB. The way he has played I wonder if it will be the last time he is a "true" starting QB ever.

Does anyone see anybody taking a chance on him next year as a starter? or will it be strictly backup deals from here on out. Vick is what, 32 or 33?

Re: Around the NFL Week 9

All I ask is he throws some combination of 35 yards to Desean Jackson. Someone actually started Evan Royster against me in FF. I was telling Daseal today that not even ROYSTER has himself on his fantasy team and he scored a vulture TD. I need 3.5 points to win.

i think you're alright.

i need lesean mccoy to score more than -6. i had pulled him because i am up by 6 and my opponent has no one left - but then i had a thought about stat corrections, and i feel i have a better chance by playing him.

Re: Around the NFL Week 9

Sure I would. Based on the play of the secondary so far, it doesn't really seem like it could hurt.

Redskin fans might like this .Jerry Jones locked out of Cowboys Locker room.

After the defeat in Atlanta, Jones was seen furiously banging on his team’s locker room, unable to get in, according to NBC 5 in Dallas.
“Jerry Jones just pounded locker room door because no one would let him in,” tweeted Matt Barrie of the TV station. “It's the angriest I've seen him all year.”

Thought Shanny cleaned house on attitudes like that when he got rid of Portis, Rogers, Haynesworth, etc.. Really wanting to interpret LoAx's comments as the old vet he is, but if players are really bothered by Shanny's comments: trade, cut, and release them. The whole team is at fault for this season. Nobody's above reproach at this point. Players included.

You're nuts man. I would be sickened by Shanny's comments. He's giving up, wtf kinda attitude and example is that for the players? When the going gets tough, the tough quit? LMFAO

Granted, realistically, the season is over as hell but dammit Shanny, shut yer ****ing mouth! Don't say that crap to the media!

If they're really upset about their situation, they should look themselves in the mirror and at their teammates. Not get upset seeing a video of Shanny saying what everybody already knows.
