Re: Pick Your Next Redskins Head Coach
Tug-of-war could be emerging for Jay Gruden | ProFootballTalk
"That said, it’s no surprise that Jay Gruden would be inclined to avoid a potentially destructive situation in D.C., given the reported attitude of the quarterback and the accepted reputation of the owner. And it’s no surprise that Snyder may have to pay a premium in order to lure a candidate who has options elsewhere." sigh

Re: Pick Your Next Redskins Head Coach
I'm sorry, I am not a Jay Gruden fan. I've watch some Bengals games, and Andy Dalton does nothing to impress me. All he has to do is throw the ball in the same zip code as A.J. Green and Green will go get it and make him look good. I am not sure his ability to develop QBs is any better than anyone else in the league when you look at Dalton. I would rather them choose the OC from Seattle who is working with Russell Wilson and Lynch. I really like what Seattle does offensively.

Re: Pick Your Next Redskins Head Coach
Remember what happened with our last proven coach
Honestly, if we don't get Gruden, I'd want James Franklin and if not him, then I'll bite on the Bevell pick.

People, especially in the media, read too far into things. They used to work together and one guy comes into town, so they have dinner to catch up. Heck, I wouldn't care if he invited Griffin to the dinner to meet the man who might be his new coach. Stafford sitting in on the Caldwell interview isn't an ESPN newsflash.
