Carrol? I had at least 2 CBs higher than him. Is something wrong with Gamble? or Strait? or Poole?

Carrol is fast, but he's only 5'9.

Don't you think Tags would be obligated to release the info ASAP? Perhaps there were other deals in the works? I don't feel too bad for Taylor.

Not really, neither team had a pick for 3 hours. What difference would 5 min. have made?

very surprising pick. I dont think they made their team better with that pick. They could have picked up a player at a position of need. If anything now they have a running back controversy.

IMO, KJones is a better complement to Rudi Johnson than Perry.

I'm thinking that other teams that thought they still had the opportunity to work some deal to get Eli should be aware that he was traded... allowing them to concentrate their efforts elsewhere.

They have a ton of picks to address other issues but I agree. I dont see where RB was a need for them. Unless they see the upside of Perry really high and figured they could take a chance or they think one of them is a good 3rd down back?

They must have been targeting him and just moved down to pick up some picks because they knew he would still be there. Hell Jackson was available when their pick came up, why didnt they just take them.

It's been an odd draft day thus far.
