last year we met up (or tried to) on the 1st open day and not fan day (fan day sucks total balls, too many people, long long lines, lots of waiting and harder to see the players)

So are the normal open practices about the same as Fan Day? What separates the two because I'd be interested in going to a practice provided I could get some signatures.

i'd suggest just hitting up an open practice (morning practice, the afternoon ones are too hot)... fan day stretches out activities too far apart and has WAY too many people for me.
