It seems to be unraveling, with the same ol post game interviews with more "we fought our guts out" type of stuff. I am not saying to fire the Shanny, but damn give him some heat for this stuff.

Also, we are in year 1 in an attempt at a rebuild. Other teams struggled similarly in year 1. It is not until year 3 or later the talent accumulated starts to fully bear fruit in wins.
