Re: Redskins release Dockery
Always liked Dock, sad to see him go, but he never fit the zone scheme.
Good guard, solid pro, glad he was a Skin for most of his career. |

Re: Redskins release Dockery
Sad but not unexpected. You can't pay his salary to a backup guard.

Re: Redskins release Dockery
A good question by Chris Russell...
"Chris Russell Now the big question is who else gets released from #Redskins. Andre Carter is obviously a strong possibility, Casey Rabach?, Who else?" I would say Carter, he can probably still produce in a 4-3 defense.

Re: Redskins release Dockery
No!!! Not Dock, for some reason he always reminds me of Frankenberry, and for that, he will be missed.

Yeah he's got an odd shaped dome, it gets skinny at the temples and then flares out at the top

Re: Redskins release Dockery
Given the CBA situation, can we drop Carter as well and pick up Damien Woody and Tommy Harris? Ha!

Re: Redskins release Dockery
Where is Docks "appreciation" thread? At least he was not above practicing with his teammates...
Just kidding

Re: Redskins release Dockery
We seem in the mode of shedding those affiliated with the 2005 team, so probably Rabach.
