Fugly game all around but I will take the win. We have got to start playing more consistently and taking advantage of the opportunites we are given. D Hall played a hell of a game. NFC Defensive Player of the Week no doubt.

Do we really have to root for the Cowboys this week?

Re: Week 7: Redskins vs. Bears Gameday thread

Seemed like the Redskins started every drive at their own 45 -- they got incredible field position all day thanks to the defense, really need to start capitalizing.

I don't know about you guys, but I am very disappointed in Shanahan's play calling and Donovan's inability to audible in obvious situations. Thank god we have a star in the making in Ryan Torain, posting 125 yards on 21 carries on the really good Bears defense

Thumbs up Re: Week 7: Redskins vs. Bears Gameday thread

D. Hall decides to back his words with deeds . . . and all in 1 game. Have to give the man credit -- he really stepped up big today and clearly gets the game ball. Another nice day from Torain too, against a very good run D (he got about 40 more yards than the Bears have been giving up so far this season).

An ugly win is a win. How nice for an ugly game to go our way -- what a difference from a year ago (didn't we lose something like 6 games by less than a TD).

Haynesworth definitely made an impact today. Glad he is back and let's hope the drama can die down now.

im rooting for the giants. i want the cowboys to be so far out of the picture that they cant climb back. if they win, they will only be 1 game behind us and the eagles in the loss column. i want them to go to 1-5 and then be eliminated pretty much.

He was ballin' today, that should shut up some folks for a while. I know I'm glad to be eating some crow.

That was the ugliest win I've seen in a while, but at the end of the season the only thing that matters is that it was a win.
